In December, e-Advantage partners celebrated the end of the project in London. 

This month saw the launch of The KOMPLEMENTORS regional business women’s mentoring network in Transylvania.

Finally, after many months of waiting for Covid travel restrictions to be lifted, our peer e-mentor tutors were able to meet face-to-face in Valencia to share ideas and good practice.

As a partnership, we have become very used to holding meetings over Zoom, Teams and Meet etc so we thought we’d share some tips based on our experience over the past 18 months. (Also useful for online peer mentoring).
